History

BIL Infratech Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Binani Industries Ltd., a Braj Binani Group of companies, whose Group annual Turnover is over Rs. 4500 crores with an asset base of Rs. 5048 Crores. We have about 3000 employees working in the Group. Braj Binani Group of companies has its business in Cement, Fibre Glass, Zinc Smelter and Infrastructure Division which includes execution of projects on EPC. The Group has constructed all its Residential Complexes, Offices, Cement Plants, Zinc Plants & Fibre Glass Plants with its in-house Construction, Project Management & Engineering team over last two decades.

The Group decided to have a separate company to undertake all infrastructure related projects, both in-house & external, which would include construction of all kinds of projects including Residential, Commercial & Infrastructural building and EPC as well as only construction / engineering consultancy of Thermal Power, Cement, Steel & Mining projects.  The company is equipped with adequate man power, construction machineries, etc.  Binani group has transferred all its intellectual property, personnel & equipment which were used in the construction of the in-house projects to BIL Infratech.The company has been awarded Certification of ISO 9001:2008.

The people working in BIL Infratech has also executed various projects for Thermal Power Plant, Cement Plant, Steel Plant, Mining Projects, Infrastructural / Multi-storeyed Building Projects, etc.
